How to:
Follow the recommended priority of events. For this farm, I included all three metas, did most of the events, and did some leather farming. Is it recommended for everyone to get the buff, Magic-Imbued Peach, from the NPC, Nature's Watcher, at [&BKcJAAA=]. It will provide more damage to the squad overall and more experience to help with HoT mastery or Spirit Shards. Following very closely to the priority list, my schedule for the farm goes as following:
Noran's Homested meta Before I start the train, I gather everyone near Red Leaf Retreat Waypoint [&BK8JAAA=]. Note: if the meta status says that the White Mantle has taken over, then there will be a squad of NPCs with a tangerine above their head at the waypoint to start the meta. Do this before the scheduled meta is suppose to start. The reason is because you'll do the meta twice if this is the case. Otherwise, if the meta is occupied by Seraph, then start the train when the scheduled meta starts.
Assuming the meta begins as scheduled, I start with killing the 6 champions at each catapult and not focusing on the catapults themselves. After killing the champions, I intercept the legendary Siegemaster Immelhoof that will be marked on the map. After killing the legendary, finish the previous event by killing the catapults then any remaining forces. More champions may appear. More information about the meta here.
Leather Farm Since Noran's Homested meta is so close to the leather farm location, I prep the squad below the Vista south of [&BKcJAAA=]. I follow the leather farm guide. Instead of doing the farm for 40 minutes, I do it for 20 minutes or until the next meta, Saidra's Haven.
Saidra's Haven meta I start by taking the squad to Fort Evennia [&BKQJAAA=]. Head outside of the fort to where you physically can't go in. Sometimes you could get lucky and have one of the Jade Cannons spawn for extra loots. The reason why we stand here is because the legendary boss, Justiciar Agatha, spawns here. There will be a chest at Saidra's Haven.
After killing her, head to Saidra's Haven just west of Forst Evennia. There will be 3 capture points. This meta will take forever, but I think it's faster if all 3 points remain active rather than doing only 1. The mobs will be spreadout, but call out champions throughout the event so everyone can get a hit in. There will be another chest at Saidra's Haven. For more information of the meta, click here.
Other Events After Saidra's Haven meta, I run around the map to do some events to cut some time. At this point, there's probably still about 30ish minutes until the last meta, New Loamhurst. Following the recommended events, I mainly focus on Jade Cannons and Skrimishes. I try not to do any other event unless escorts appear (that isn't Quaggans). I do this for about 10-15 minutes.
Leather Farm part 2 At this point, there should be about 15 minutes before the last meta. I head back north to do the again. Because the squad did not farm this for 40 minutes straight and we kept doing a variety of events and mobs, diminishing returns did not factor in. Farm leather until the next scheduled meta.
New Loamhurst's meta Head all the way south. The most south you can go. The legendary Cairn the Queenslayer will spawn. Afterwards, head to New Loamhurst. Just like Saidra's Haven meta, there will be 3 champions to defend. There will be a long meta of purely killing mobs. Call out for champions. For more information of the meta, click here.

Leather Farm
Disclaimer: This farm does hit diminishing returns after about 40 minutes of pure farming. To prevent this, if the squad takes a break, switch characters. Otherwise, farm something else then come back.
This farm is very simple in that it's all about tagging mobs and following the squad. This farm requires about 15 or more players. Less is possible, but it can become very difficult as the mobs 1 or 2 shot players and hard to res. Having more than 30 may be a bit much because the mobs also die very quickly. Having a whole zerg can make it difficult for everyone to get all the possible loots.
The farm is following the commander through the path in the picture above. Start somewhere near the star marker. Place banners and food as prep. When the squad is ready, head clockwise on the ground floor. There will be an arch to the enterence uphill. Careful as this is where most people will go down. Stick with the squad as close as possible and res as fast as possible if someone does go down. Head all the way up the hill as the green arrow indicates and head backwards via the blue arrow. There will be chests along the way that give bonus leather.
At the top, there's a chance for an event to spawn the Champion High Sage. There are also champions around the area that give bonus leather rather than regular champion bags.
Noran's Homestead
If controlled by Seraph: There are two different events that happen simultaneously.
1) Destroying 6 White Mantle Catapults. There are 6 champions at each that die very quickly. Unfortunatly, the catapults only take physical damage so conditions are not recommended.
2) Destroying Siegemaster Immelhoof. The legendary boss spawns at the enterence of the centaur camp (where the Leather Farm would begin). The goal is to not let the boss reach the fort. If so, the meta fails.
A good method of doing this meta with a group is to cleave the champions defending the catapult then attacking the boss. This way, the catapaults will be temporarily disabled since there will be no one occupying it until the next mob spawns and the focus of the boss will prevent it from failing the meta. Also, champion bags!
Afterwards, the last part of the meta is to clear out any White Mantle. There will be cross swords above each enemy to signal which are needed to be defeated. Note that the chest spawns after defeating Immelhoof. It will spawn in the fort.
If controlled by White Mantle: There will be a tangerine symbol above an NPC at Red Leaf Retreat Waypoint [&BK8JAAA=]. This will trigger an attack on the fort similar to the meta as if it was controlled by the Sereph.
First, players will have to capture the fort by attacking the fort's enemies and claiming it. Then, Siegemaster Immelhoof will spawn at the fort. From there, the last event will be to destroy any remaining White Mantle in the area. They will have a cross sword above their head.
Saidra's Haven
If controlled by Seraph: There are two different events that happen simultaneously.
1) Defending 3 locations in Saidra. Each of these locations will have mobs that constantly spawn to take them over. The event does not fail unless all 3 fail. It's possible to have one up. The con is that the meta will take much longer if there is only one area to defend.
2) Destroying Justiciar Agatha. She spawns at Fort Evennia [&BKQJAAA=]. If she reaches the town before being destroyed, the meta fails. Her main mechanic is that she summons lots of AoE cones that go clockwise. At every 25%, she has to be CCed in order to be damaged. Note that there are two chests that are rewarded for both events near the center of the town. One chest for each event.
If controlled by White Mantle: There are Seraphs at Lakeside Bazaar Waypoint [&BLQJAAA=] that will have a tangerine symbol above their head. Interact with them to start the meta to take over. The 3 locations in the town, instead of defending them, need to be taken over. Afterwards, Justiciar Agatha spawns.
New Loamhurst
If controlled by Seraph: There are two different events that happen simultaneously.
1) Defending 3 Watchwork Knights in the town. They generally have a good time defending themselves, but it's good to keep an eye out just in case. Mobs will spawn all over to attack directly at the Knights. The meta fails if all 3 are defeated.
2) Destroying Cairn the Queenslayer before it reaches the town. If the boss reaches the town, the meta fails. This boss is similar to a Jade Bow and Jade Armor, but all in one. It does both projectile and melee damage. At around 75%, get ready to CC the boss to damage it.
If controlled by White Mantle: There will be Sereph at Lakeside Bazzar Waypoint [&BLQJAAA=] that will have a tangerine symbol above their head. Interact with them to start the meta to take over. The events are simply destroying lots of White Mantle and champions.
Node Farm
Disclaimer:
In order to receive materials such as variental herbs and quality meats, you need to have completed at least the Charr and Sylvari portion of the Gourmet Training achievement. These materials play a significant role in benchmarks that includes them.

Node Farm Calculator
While this farm uses specific Glyphs, check out the Node Farm Calcaulator to test out the estimated profits with different Glyphs. What are displayed in the benchmarks are not neccessarily the best Glyphs to use for maximum profits.
Route:
Start at Red Leaf Retreat Waypoint [&BLAJAAA=]. The whole green area of the zone is filled with Elder Wood and Verdant Herbs. Avoid most of the water as there isn't that many nodes there. I generally gathered everything for the benchmark, but it's good to focus on Elder Wood and Herb nodes as they will generate the most profits. I also avoided nodes that were swarmed with enemies. White Mantle are just not worth dealing with sometimes LOL.
I did this on 7 characters for the hour benchmark.
